50 Flinders Street

50 Flinders Street is a PCA A-grade commercial tower providing 22,000sqm of office space.

The building was designed to respond to site context, orientation, and connection to the public realm.

The building is one of the few projects to improve its Green Star rating from Design stage (5 Star) to As Built stage (6 Star), showcasing a commitment by the project team to push the performance of the building within the constraints of a fixed budget.

The building is also South Australia’s first 6 Star NABERS Energy rated office building and 6 Star NABERS Indoor Environment rated office building.

The building incorporates a rooftop garden terrace. dsquared undertook micro-climate modelling to optimise the design of this space to ensure a comfortable environment with adequate attenuation of wind and solar impacts.
