A new high-performance AFL training and administration facility for the Adelaide Football Club, and AFLW stadium venue.
The redevelopment of the former Thebarton Community Oval in partnership with the council and the Adelaide Football Club, to create a new AFL elite sports high performance centre, and home ground for AFLW matches.
The new centre includes indoor training, conditioning, therapy (including hydrotherapy), coaching, and research facilities. The precinct will include a new AFL grade grandstands and media centre, and extensive community facilities.
The project is targeting a 5 Star Green Star Buildings v1 certified rating, and will be an all-electric, carbon neutral-ready facility.
