A clean and great future: Corporate Emissions Reduction Plan 2020–2030
dsquared worked with the City of Norwood, Payneham & St Peters’ to develop their Corporate Emission Reduction Plan which was endorsed by Council in June 2021.
Our role included a review of Trellis data, previous emissions reduction and monitoring programs, stakeholder engagement and workshops with key staff including facilities, fleet, finance and sustainability teams, a solar PV and battery storage analysis and an electric vehicle (EV) fleet transition plan Services included financial and payback analyses for identified initiatives and an implementation plan to support the Council in working towards carbon neutrality, with an option to pursue Climate Active Carbon Neutral certification.
