Lot Fourteen is located at the site of the former Royal Adelaide Hospital. Situated on North Terrace in the heart of Adelaide’s central business district.
Lot Fourteen is Adelaide’s creation and innovation neighbourhood, bringing together talented start-ups, research and innovation across defence and space, artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotics, cyber security and immersive media technologies.
The Lot Fourteen creation and innovation neighbourhood was designed from the outset to bring together start-ups, mentors, corporations, researchers and investors with creatives to share spaces, experiences and most of all, talent.
To support this, dsquared are provided sustainability advice and management resulting in the precinct obtaining a 6 Star Green Star Communities rating, and Australia’s first WELL Community Precertification. The combination of these sustainable design assessments guides the creation of a neighbourhood which is both designed to create positive environmental impact and improve the health and wellbeing of the occupants.
dsquared are also responsible for the 6 Star Green Star Design & As Built ratings for all of the heritage buildings in the community, 6 Star Green Star for the new Aboriginal Arts & Cultural Centre, and 6 Star Green Star/WELL Gold for the new Entrepreneur’s & Innovation Centre.
